Lead Shielded Pig (SRX-TWL-0506)

NMT’s Shielded Pigs are designed for the transport of radioactive substances contained in glass vials. We provide various sizes of lead pigs to meet your unique specifications. Our engineering and manufacturing teams work directly with you to deliver the solution that best fits your needs. All of our shielded pigs can be used independently or with our DOT Yellow II Type A packaging systems. We also provide DOT testing and certification for custom solutions.

Our 30 ml shielded pig ( SRX-TWL-0506) provides 1″ of lead shielding to accommodate higher PET energies and can accommodate 10/30 ml vials. This shielded pig is provided with a handle and can be used with our DOT Yellow II Type A packaging system.
