3 ” Rod Sources
Rod Sources provide a safe and convenient method of calibrating and quality-controlling scintillation detectors and well counters. Many Rod Sources are implicitly traceable to NIST within ±5% at the 99% confidence level. Nominal activities are also available.
Each rod source consists of a Lucite rod measuring 3″ or 5″ x 0.5”. NMT rod sources can be supplied individually or in a set according to customer request.
