Type A Shipping Contianer

NMT offers standard Type A packaging systems and custom designed solutions to accommodate specific shipper requirements. These systems are DOT/IATA/IAEA compliant and are tested and certified to comply with Radioactive Yellow II limits. We can provide disposable and non-disposable packaging for single or multiple containers. These systems are approved as Type A packages with overpack (UN 2915 and UN 2908) for radioactive materials and are inclusive of all transport modes: road, air, sea and rail. Temperature control and GPS tracking options are available.
