NMT will accept return of depleted radioactive sources.

 NMT will accept return of depleted radioactive sources after the end of their useful life on the condition that equivalent replacement sources are purchased directly from NMT or an authorized distributor of NMT.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the return of the source. NMT must be informed about the return before product shipment to be able to make proper shipping arrangements.

The Return Forms & Labels page provides all the required documents for authorized and legal return of depleted sources for disposal. 

Returns are only accepted at 1201 N. Flyer St., Peru, Indiana 46970 in accordance with legal requirements. Be sure to read instructions carefully as you complete these forms.
